Buying & Return Policy

Non Refund Policy:

All products are sold as is. You assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two weeks (14 days). MySkyGift will exchange the item(s), provided that it is not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

  1. MySkyGift provides returns for all items except clearance stock, discounted items and items specifically marked as Non-Returnable.

  2. Returns can only be made one time per order number or order code.

  3. MySkyGift only accept returns if the item is:

    • damaged upon shipping
    • wrongly shipped
    • problems with product quality
    • original unused condition

  1. Return Exceptions:

    • the items are used, worn or altered
    • customers changed mind and no longer wants the product
    • product not matching their online descriptions such as sizes, colours and weighs.

  1. Buyer must notify us of any defects within 7 days from the date item is received.

  2. The returned item must reach us within 14 days from the date order is received.

How to Return an Item:

     d. Photos of showing the defect of the product.
     e. Photos of the original packaging of the product as customers received

Return In-store:

Returns in store are free. Just bring the item(s) you wish to return to MySkyGift Concept Store. Make sure you also bring the Packing Slip and the credit or debit card you used for your purchase.

If there are any issues with your order, e.g. wrong or missing items, please return them via mail, not in store.


Return by Mail:

Your package contains a Packing Slip with everything you need to make a return. 


Exchanging Items by Mail:

If you wish to exchange an item by mail, simply follow the return procedure and use the Order Form on your Packing Slip to order the new item. This will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged. The return and order transactions may not be posted simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via e-mail. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

MySkyGift reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Some of the common situations in which orders are canceled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing error or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
