Delivery Information

Delivery is depend on location and delivery of goods will occur within an estimated 7-14 working days and especially for East Malaysia and International destinations.


How We Deliver Your Order

All Orders within Malaysia and Singapore will be shipped via Citylink to receiver’s location.


Track Your Order via Tracking Number

Customer will be informed via e-mail which shipping company we are using together with tracking number once we shipped out your order. You may track your order on the express company official website or at https://www.tracking.my/


Shipping Rates

Peninsular Malaysia:

  • Standard Delivery: Free with order above RM60, otherwise depend on product weight at different location.

East Malaysia and Singapore:

  • Standard Delivery: Charge of each delivery depend on product weight at different location.

International Orders:

  • We are happy to deliver to virtually anywhere in the world. Please email your order to myskygift.com and we will provide you with a quote for shipping prior to processing your order.


Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any custom Tax & Duties. Any fraction of kilogram over the weight takes the next higher rate. Please note that we declare the full value on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirement.


Additional Notes

  • We do not deliver on bank and public holidays.
  • Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12 p.m. (GMT +9.00, Malaysia time zone). Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
  • Working days are defined as Monday-Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
  • Delivery will be made through Citylink.
  • Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask you first and if you cannot make it, the carrier leaves the delivery at your local post office and they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
  • When a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
  • You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address other than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
  • All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
